Carried Away By Haddock provides travel planning services for the fees listed below:
To begin work, an initial payment of 50% of Consultation Fee is required and must be received.  An initial questionnaire will be sent to you to determine your vacation destination, interests, and budget.  Fee includes up to 2 modifications of draft itineraries  while complex itineraries includes up to 3 modifications.  

Final payment invoice for remaining Consultation Fee Balance will be sent with final itinerary - payment due upon receipt of invoice.

Carried Away By Haddock will secure and confirm travel arrangements at your request for a booking fee. This fee is separate from the cost of your trip and due in full prior to securing travel arrangements.  Travel arrangements will be booked in your name using your credit / debit card.  You will be sent a credit card authorization form to securely transmit your approval and information for booking (compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard or PCI-DSS).  Carried Away By Haddock will NOT accept direct payments to pay for the cost of your trip.

Service Fee Structure

• Itinerary Consultation Fee: $250
  • Up to 6 people AND
  • 1 destination (e.g. round-trip airfare)
  • NOTE:  If there are 2 parents and up to 5 children going to 1 destination, your Consultation Fee will remain at $250.
• Complex Itinerary Consultation Fee: $500 (replacing the $250 Itinerary Consultation Fee)
  • 7 or more people OR
  • More than 1 destination (e.g. two or more US states, two or more countries)
• Air Ticketing Fee:  This is an optional fee if you wish Carried Away By Haddock to book your airfare in your name using your credit / debit card. 
  • Domestic Air Ticketing Fee, per person: $25
  • International Air Ticketing Fee, per person: $50
  •  Frequent Flyer/ Award Booking Fee, per person: $30
• Hotel booking fee:  $0
